The eldest of the Firstborn was Viror Whitewind; he was the color of sunlight on snow, and of swiftness....
The middle child was Grizraz Hearteater, as gray as shadows and full of strangeness....
Third-born was Tangaloor Firefoot. He was as black as Meerclar Allmother, but his paws were red like flame. He walked alone, and sang to himself.

How awesome. I just got around to reading (rereading?) that book in the past few years. Very wonderful illustration. :)

Tailchaser's Song fanart! Woot! Just re-read the book this past summer.

I haven't seen any fanart of these guys around here before. I especially like your take on Firefoot. Any plans for more of the characters? Tailchaser? Pounce?

I've been tempted to do some Tailchaser's Song fanart m'self, but I haven't been able to nail down a good style yet.

Love!! I want more. D:

Bwaha, I've read that book. I should reread; I actually don't remember a lot of the overall plot even though I remember little bits. But yay, all the same. I really like the build of Viror-- the big body and smaller head fit somehow.

If a religion is defined to be a system of ideas that contains unprovable statements, then Godel taught us that mathematics is not only a religion, it is the only religion that can prove itself to be one.
